I think those type of things will not be easily possible at the same time. Just expecting Man City to lose multiple games is not that easy, I feel like things are going to be quite different, we should probably consider that as the important reason why Liverpool probably already failed.
Arsenal only need Manchester City to lose one game, it's enough for them to take over the first position with same total matches and can control the title race again. However, very unfortunately, only one defeat from Manchester City is still a far-reaching unrealistic hope for Arsenal.
I know that Arsenal still has a chance to win the EPL title, but for me it's not really convincing because maybe Arteta needs to instill a winning mentality in his team so they can play better
Arteta and his players will not give up with only some little remaining matches. They will try to solve remaining matches, match by match, and will fight till the final match day if they won't lose one or two matches before the last match, and see difference with Manchester City to be expanded bigger.
I wish best for Arsenal but I am very skeptical that Arsenal will be able to fight till the final match day of this season. With two big matches with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, they will have big risk to fall farther behind Manchester City.
