Because I also read one here before and yes, it exactly says 1%. For the people who says gambling is life, they can't find value in their game if they also use a low amount of money.
I can say gambling is not that my passion or maybe I should use the world 'hobby' because I still like to gamble at times especially during the weekends when I have nothing to do and also when I am around my friends we can talk about gambling and gamble on a gambling site.
