I would say that it's both addicting for sure since they both involve money, if you are earning a huge amount of money it is pretty much addicting to just continue playing until you lose everything. I do online gambling on a lot of websites here in the forum just for fun, I would say that it wasn't really that addicting unless it was sports betting on the NBA, I really like the NBA anyway so I really wanted to do a lot of bets at this moment since its Finals the game was just intense at times like this.
I usually do some low-end gambling here in my country just on roads if you are familiar with some carnival, and I would say that it was actually fun compared to playing online since you get to actually interact, and winning was just great compared to just winning online. Didnt know much about high-end gambling casinos, since I never really go to those places because I just see them as a place where you are actually going to lose a huge amount of money so never really go inside a casino even though there were so many casinos here in my city.
all Gambling generally must be addictive no exception, all gambling games can be addictive. There may be some games that are not very familiar because it is rare for anyone to play them too, but certainly gambling can make many people addicted because there is a chance to get this victory which in my opinion makes them addicted, it is said that it is easy to get a win. The purpose of gambling for fun is not done by all gamblers, certainly only done by some gamblers who really understand gambling.
With physical casinos we may be able to interact with other people we don't even know at all. But in my country there is currently a lot of slot gambling, even all ages do it because it is easy to do. And also because reportedly the winnings can be obtained easily, that's what I think attracts many people in my neighborhood, even most of the young people who still have unstable thinking, they do gambling because they want to get benefits.
