After contacting Razer on twitter, i managed to get paid. He confirmed that there was no reason for my account to be flagged. Thankfully, all good now, but it's important to note that we should not be in this place from the beggining. Anyways, thank you all for your responses and your advices. Good Luck!!!
glad to hear that everything got cleared up and you are able to finally withdraw your funds. I guess the flag on your account really was just a mistake, I have seen cases like this before where the casino admitted that the flag their software made on an account was false and let the gambler withdraw the funds from their account(as they should).
