Girl, I've been digging inside of these breath. Hi my name is Joe. I'm not sure how to use this forum, but I deposited a few thousand dollars on the bitco.in website and accumulated a large amount of reward points. I proceeded to order the hardware wallet and haven't received it and I've been trying to get a hold of support for days and weeks. Actually I would like my reward points back. I don't want the wallet anymore. I just want the reward credits that I earned from the money I deposited. I want them put back on my account please. I tried to message support hundreds of times and I've looked all over the internet for some help and it led me to this place finally and I'm hoping that this is the right place.
