I think maybe Bayern's mistake was to send Nagelsmann off the team. Nagelsmann was playing well in the team. Maybe Nagelsmann would have been better this year, but the difficult decision to send him away from Bayern Munich brought a steady decline for them. Tuchel was not as successful. Considering what we talked about today, I think Tuchel's decision was wrong. The league championship, which has not been lost for a long time, slipped away this year.

The league would have been lost last year if not for the carelessness of Borussia Dortmund, I agree that sacking Nagelsmann was wrong, he would have been given the chance to complete last season and maybe this one. Bayer Leverkusen lifting the league wasn’t because Bayern was in decline, Twas based on their tremendous efforts and good coaching tactics deployed by Xavi Alonso. Even if Bayern were in form, this Leverkusen team would have still won the league because they didn’t leave room for slipping points. You can blame Tuchel but it was just Bayer Leverkusen and Alonso’s time. They can focus all their energy now on the Champions League, I think they might still have a chance despite form.

True, but doesn't mean that the Bundesliga wouldn't need long term competition among the teams in the league itself. Europa League and Champions League is all good, but as you can tell yourself it gets boring when one team dominates so hard. Dortmund wasted it last year, but even if they won it, it is still no competition. Bayern needs competition!

Honestly, Bayern Munich in the previous seasons could not be compared with the actual season whether in the quality of the players nor in coaches tactics.
Lewandowski departure among others affected a lot Bayern Munich and even Harry Kane arrival failed to fully replace him.
In addition to that, Xabi Alonso drove Bayer Leverkusen very well and the title was very much merited by this team.
Harry Kane clearly is a world-class striker. This man scores goals and helps the squad, but playing like Robert Lewandowski is different. Lewy's presence on the pitch and ability to open up the game for the club were more important than his goals. Although Kane is a great player, he lacks that quality. Coaching can't be ignored. He's a terrific manager, but his style is different from those that founded Bayern. There are times when they have all the right pieces, but they don't fit together anymore. Xabi Alonso has Leverkusen playing well. It spotlights Bayern and magnifies small faults
