also i sended them several mails since 27th of march even they went on holiday from april 11th what have they done this 14 days that they still were active with my mails or those other people with the same problems. This is already ongoing for 1 month atleast.
According to what we know from this forum, this whole operation is under the control of only two people, and therefore it is not even realistic to expect someone to answer your e-mails. The only option is to send a PM to @TheQuin (the link to his profile is already posted) and hope he sees the message and does something about it.
We get some help from a PR consultancy for the marketing, social media etc. and a friend of wetsuit's who helps out with the HTML coding and page design. Other than that it's just the 2 of us.

You can do it because you don't have the appropriate rank yet, but you can post links and someone will quote the post and the pictures will be visible. In the meantime, read (if you haven't already) just enough to get an insight into how problems are solved.
