Is there a nation on Earth that doesn't have power all the time, and if so, how do they get by? I discovered from my research that certain developing nations do not have access to continuous energy, and that some nations rely solely on solar power for their electrical needs. Given the critical role that electricity plays in the development of society, why do the leaders of those developing nations either not prioritize solving their energy-related issues or seem content with the status quo?
Using a personal solar panel to turn on a generator is the only way to survive.
Do you believe that any nation in the globe is unable to obtain reliable energy, or is there something else?

You cannot compare the rural areas to the urbans settings, there are places in some of those rural areas where by development is still very far from them, not because the government is not aware, but the whole place cannot be under the same coverage under government scheme for development, which means, there are places that people are still existing there, living and have turned a large community but without the role of any government or traces or civilization with them.
