I think Tottenham vs Man City match would be the decisive match for Arsenal a draw by those two teams would give Arsenal a chance of winning the league I believe it's going to be tough match because Tottenham is equally aiming to secure a top 4 UCL spot a position currently occupied by Aston Villa, however as the league is coming to an end matches are becoming more tougher thus Arsenal would face fierce challenge from their three remaining matches against Bournemouth, Man Utd and Everton thus it's up to the team to win to win those matches to keep their chances of winning the league alive and it's obvious the team has a good and massive goal differences if eventually they have same points with Man City at the last day.
I think if Manchester City gets a draw against Tottenham it won't determine Arsenal fate of becoming champions because their points will be the same and maybe only goal productivity will determine who will emerge as champions. I am still optimistic that Manchester City will succeed in winning this season because Manchester City focus is only on the Premier League after they were eliminated from the Champions League. Also on the Arsenal side they can also lose points because they still have 3 difficult matches.
Between Arteta and Pep Guardiola, I think these two coaches will determine the best strategy for the remaining matches this season. Maybe if Manchester City becomes champion again then Arsenal will be disappointed for the second time. However, if Manchester City and Arsenal lose points, it will certainly open up opportunities for Liverpool again.
