After a thorough review - your account has been unlocked.

The initial block was due to our automated system flagging you as a multi-accounter. This is strictly against our Terms and Conditions and if confirmed would result in a lifetime ban.

Thanks to the provided KYC and our fraud team investigation we determined this was a false positive.

Please note that the withdrawal you requested will be or already has been canceled due to security reasons. However, you are free to proceed with a new withdrawal request/s.

We really do not understand why you tried to make such unproven accusations since the "locking" of your account happened less than 24 hours ago and with your experience with the other operators (where you had a similar experience that was triggered by your suspicious activity). Sure you were aware that the KYC process was on the way and that the support team is actively working on your case, checking your account activities and confirming KYC as well, before we can proceed with any withdrawal requests.

We have really strong and strict multi-account detection systems in place, and every breaking of these or other T&C rules may result in your account or funds being frozen.
