It is alarming that the population is becoming more and more smokers every day. There are many benefits to smoking in society, such as lowering stress and anxiety, as well as drawbacks, such diabetes, cancer, and other health issues. However, I have a question. Rather of taking in oxygen in the morning, a buddy of mine smokes carbon monoxide. Upon questioning, he asserts that smoking first thing in the morning is a more beneficial way to begin the day. It is ridiculous that starting the day by smoking is a fruitful or effective way to do it. Smoking is an addiction and a terrible bad habit from which no good can ever be expected. So if someone thinks that smoking is a good way to start his morning routine it is completely foolish because when a person wakes up in the morning, the most important things for his body are oxygen and blood circulation. In that case starting the morning by breathing in the clean morning air and exercising is a very effective way to make us energetic for the day's work.
