I made two transfers to my account.

Can I get help from the support???
The funds have not yet been credited to the balance. It looks like a scam project. My two transactions have not been credited to my balance. But they are listed on the wallet that is linked to my account

No it’s not. Freebitco.in is truly have a slow support response by they don’t abandoned their players even on this case. Just wait for the official representative to get online and let this issue solved. They are obligated to refund you if all the funds was withdrawn or lost without your consent since they are a trusted brand here.

Bumping your issue here will not gonna make your issue resolved faster since the representative is not yet online. Maybe @Hhampuz can help you guys notified Freebitco.in through his contact for the campaign.
