Well, it happens to all of us at some point. I took care of it right at the beginning actually. Had no problem using my Japanese ID card, even though I am German. All went automated and was confirmed like 1 hour later.
Hopefully you can get your issue solved fast, I know waiting for something like that can be annoying. You should ask your host, they reply MUCH faster than the normal support.

By the way, yesterday I had a funny number in my weekly wager, 7777$ on the dot.



Since the 7 is a lucky number and I am quite superstitious ever since I saw that number I have had some wins, haha.
