Regardless of whatever strategy the coach uses, the most important thing is the final result, as you said, there is nothing embarrassing about defensive strategy.

However, destroying Leverkusen is not an easy thing because many teams have tried it throughout this season and none have succeeded.
Leverkusen is a strong team, we have to admit that and Roma is actually also a strong team when managed by De Rossi but in their last few matches in the domestic league we can see that their performance is a little bad so this is a benchmark for the first leg match they played Leverkusen.

I still favor Leverkusen, I think that's realistic because in terms of overall strength we can see from the start of the season that Leverkusen is much stronger and more consistent.
I agree that whatever strategy you use, Leverkusen is a team that will not be beaten that badly. I feel like the yare going to be doing quite well here as well, too many people are talking about the possibilities and I understand that because we have seen stuff that we thought wasn't possible, even the most recent Atalanta and Liverpool game is a great example of that, so people are saying what if Leverkusen loses like that as well? We thought Liverpool wouldn't, so why would it be different for Leverkusen, there is a possibility. But I believe that Liverpool isn't as good as Leverkusen when it comes to taking it seriously, I am not talking about talent here, I am just saying Leverkusen takes this more seriously than Liverpool ever did.

People always underestimated the Italian club. That is similar to when Liverpool faced Atalanta in the quarter-finals. I mean, almost everyone was betting on Liverpool, but they're now getting terrible results. I believe Roma will perform better in the upcoming game.
Despite the fact that the majority of football fans predicted Leverkusen to win, I believe the first leg will be BTTS or roma win the game soon.

Look at the odds above; bookmakers gave Leverkusen ridiculously low odds when compared to Roma. Meanwhile, Leverkusen has an away game coming up. I don't understand why bookmakers didn't see Roma as a strong club.
I meant Roma has a lot of good players in the club. It is also capable of defeating one of the best clubs in Serie A.

I believe the bookies were underestimating Roma at this time. The odds should be very close to Leverkusen, but I like this because I might bet on Roma soon.
We'll see what happens in the first leg of the Europa League. Leverkusen may suffer its first loss.

They're undervalued, especially given their Serie A performance. The odds now? They favour Leverkusen too much. Leverkusen is solid, while Roma has X-factor. They can activate it as needed. Roma is a good bet. They've surprised big teams and have good odds. Never underestimate Italian teams - they can perform in important occasions. Roma winning or both teams scoring are possibilities. Consider and investigate, but those chances dont reflect Roma's potential.
