If Bitcoin_Arena doesn't rate it a year after he/she made the post in question, then perhaps one of us should rate it instead.
I haven't looked at the site in detail yet but big question is how much Merit the block explorer in question has, if the person who suggested it doesn't come back and submit his personal rating score.
