I don't really know if their are benefits in smoking but if at all their are benefits in smoking you can only obtain these benefit if only it is done in the right way by not taking this substances too much but the way some people smokes I don't think their is any benefit in smoking because the amount of substance they take into their body are toxins that can be problem to the body.
Smokers they know the substance they are taking is not good for them but you know when you take this things and once you are addicted their is nothing you can do about it. Even if it is dangerous you will just still take it just to satisfy your urge, that is sometimes I can't blame smokers because they need help . Some are struggling to stop but they can't just help to a stop to it.
The benefit of smoking is it helps someone to get calmer when they are stressed and restless which will later turn out there is no way we can sustain without taking it or these benefits themselves will turn into the consequences while trying to quit smoking.
As I said earlier, it's hard but definitely possible to quit smoking completely which will obviously take time according to our consumption rate but also need help from others to ease out the sudden consequences when we try not to smoke.
