No its not dead look at its price now  it is bouncing back to top. The coins you mention is top coin  they are hard to get dead, as long as they have value they are not dead they will surely back on top if the bitcoin price become bullish, maybe you think its dead because of the drastically dropping of the price when we are in bear season but now they are back like bitcoin price reach a new ATH.
