Nobody could buy bitcoin because of the transaction fee was very high and also to sell was a problem but after the halving bitcoin price came down and the transaction fee also reduces to even 13 SATs so people can buy bitcoin now that the transaction fee is very low. Though many people were planning to buy some bitcoin in their portfolios in the halving if things were good but things were not favourable so everyone interest were destabilize. But now the market  is okay to invest. So no complain.
