There are so many ways to control our gambling habits. I think one of them is using the features of the gambling site itself like setting the gambling limits.

The other way is to withdraw as much as possible as soon as we hit the planned amount that we want to win. No more last bet, no more "one more" because that could lead to unending bets until we reach zero. The minimum withdrawal of most stablecoins is so cheap that we don't have to think twice about it. The same goes with the transaction fees which I think is mostly $1 per transaction.
It's on us on how we are going to be responsible and take control because the gambling sites will just keep on taking our money if we cannot stop ourselves from betting without even having a plan.
Indeed, there are many ways to control our gambling habits. However, not many people can truly control their gambling habits.
They will lose control of themselves, especially when they experience continuous defeat. But that doesn't make them stop gambling because they think about continuing gambling to recover their losses.
I agree with withdrawing as much of the winnings as possible or the amount we plan because it will be better than saving it in our gambling account. This is a form of our responsibility towards the money we have earned and to keep us from gambling excessively because there is already more money in our gambling account.
This is true, I have seen people who got themselves banned, so they wouldn't play anymore (there is an option to do that for people who want to quit) and then comeback with other accounts to just gamble some more and get caught. I have seen so many people who beg to get their money back here, I remember a few very clearly, they have lost money that they do not own, they lost money that was other peoples money, and they did not know what to do, and begged here to get the money back.

Obviously none of them did get it back, why would a casino give the losses back, but it was clear indicator that no matter how much you try to stop people, you are going to get people who will lose more than they can afford to lose, that's just sad.
