Seems like you are on a Windows machine. Unfortunately, I set up a new OS a few weeks ago and I lost access to my old PGP keys and did not install PGP software on my Windows OS yet. But my Linux machine is still okay and Android as well. Have you seen this tutorial yet? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5469280.0

If not, consider checking this tutorial. Everything is well explained. If you have already created your PGP key, export your private key block first. Now, find a recipient. In this case, you can use BitcoinGirl.Club's Public key block.
