BCGAME asked him to complete KYC verification, but he couldn't finish it. So, he asked them to lock his account and give him the balance, which led to the rejection. If he had asked to close his account and withdraw the balance before his account was flagged, it would have been different. But because they asked for KYC before his request, he'd have to comply with it.
I do not know about what happened in your case therefore can you explain if they wrote to you to explain why they declined your documents?

You can't use a permit or driving license for KYC; you'll need to provide a passport or a valid government issued ID, instead but @factor280 has none and thats what is dragging his case.
This is not true. I provided them with my social, which is another form of id here, my expired passport, my drivers license, they just want me to provide an ACTIVE [passport. Thats the only thing they are accepting.
