Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency ever created, which means it has more history than any cryptocurrency. Its features are what makes Bitcoin unique; pseudonymous; decentralized; and secure. Other cryptocurrencies have been developed since Bitcoin was first introduced to the world, many of them have been pump and dump coins, scams and generally inconsistent with goals shared in their whitepaper. Bitcoin has had no such problems and unlike altcoins, we can trust the longevity of Bitcoin.
