The terms and conditions of casinos and other companies is usually very lengthy and somehow boring for some people. Hence , many people rarely find time to read them. They may actually contain some of the complaints that people raise about some casinos such requiring KYC if there is need or suspicion of money laundering activities.

What is your take on this?
It's very very very very important to first go through a casino's Terms of Service before enrolling because you'll need all the information there in order not to default or break some rules that may attract a penalty.
I also used to ignore reading terms and conditions because just as you've said, it's often very lengthy and boring to read, but after I read about an experience of a gambler who made a tremendous win but the casino refused to pay him with claims that he had defaulted.

It was actually on the casino's Terms and conditions that new customers need to first use up the registration bonus before they can make bets with their own money, this fellow didn't know about this, after registration, he ignored the registration bonus and funded his account, after several attempts, he made a very huge win only to be told that he won't be told and was referenced to the section of the Terms and Conditions that stated that he should first use up the bonus, and so for that, he wasn't paid.
