I know, Mithril Edition have miniwallet, I just still familiar with my qt... and it has some code from gatherAFK bot from BGB, so I can create many hunter and send them to location easily. 
Can you give "change font" feature for next update ? Because Qt have more readable font than Mithril Edition.

about font and other GUI things, I'm going to change deeply the interface, using Awesomium to implement an advanced HTML interface right into the client
it will take a while but will pay off, i'll keep all updated about progression, will be cool
about hunter creation, i suppose your hunter has been created fine, mine too has that transaction kind, but if you look "name_firstupdate" transaction (the player creation involve 2 distinct transaction) you see the right name
I keep using my client to create players and it works well, when you see in chat "Eureka" is because someone create a player using Mithril Edition
as a final note: while the client can work launching qt wallet instead of daemon, i've to point out that the qt wallet is somewhat bugged and slower in responding to RPC commands
I think many will run those togheter if they relay on some modified version of the client that allow bot management, but i have to warn about qt problems
maybe when i'll add bot into my client and with the enhanced interface, there will be no need to run both
