This is not cheating but the casinos create a probability system that will be more in their favor. For example, you bet with a multiplier of up to 10 times your bet. Casinos definitely don't create odds of around 10% but they are definitely below that number.
Or in other words, this is the same as hunting for meme coins which have returns of up to 10 times. There are hundreds of new meme projects and don't expect to be lucky enough to get a good one in the early sales stages. I have seen many people lose money due to scam meme projects.
