Thank you for the response. I had no idea that the user has already submitted a complaint on CasinoGuru (actually I hadn't checked the mediators). Perhaps, the user has created scam accusation here as your team took a long time to give a response there. I hope the mediator will do the judgement transparently by hearing from both parties.
