While this may look great. It really isn't a good logo. Logos need to be simple. Something that can easily be recalled. Go ahead and do a google image search for "logo" you will see that all large companies have really simple logos that are easy to recognize. Not 3d pictures that look good.
If you would read up a bit you would see that this is a 3D adaptation of the clean and simple logo we already have.
