You can do that. But if you'd offer such a service on Bitcointalk without KYC, it's part of theymos' "mixer definition", and not allowed. It's like the elephant in the room: everyone knows about it, but as long as you don't mention it, it's okay.What about lending? someone can use lending as a loophole to trade same coins.
There will always be loopholes, and this may become a risk for lenders at some point.
