If you read previous discussion above, Coins.game is not active anymore on the forum. Even a forum member has a problem withdrawing his balance that get from bonus while the representative don’t bother to check here already.
I already ready your scam accusation thread but it’s very hard to side with you if the accusation is about collusion with other players. I’m not familiar anymore on coins.game games but judging on their accusations, are you playing poker game? I’m not sure how to do a collusion on other card games except poker which I’m not sure if they already have now.
I have not played any casino or card games. Only sportsbetting
Did not they tell you the exact reason why your account is banned, as I can see on the screenshot, they show some terms only but I do not see more detailed information about your case.
Sorry to say but as the fact said by Coin_trader, I doubt you will get any help here but for sure your experience can be a lesson learned for others.
If it is possible, maybe you can add some more proofs on your scam accusation thread such as your deposit txid, or maybe if you have few screenshots of your account which show your latest balance or your betting history.
That will be better although it will not help your case to be resolved quicker.
