If I am not wrong, XMR will be "banned" in EU when MiCA regulation will be fully launched
It's not MiCA regulation which is problematic for Monero, but the recent update of the AML directive, which has been approved by EU Parliament but there are still some steps left. However, this directive will come into force in 2027, so it should not be the reason for these delistings. It also does not include a Monero ban, but a prohibition for (commercial, i.e. profit-taking) crypto asset service providers (CASPs, e.g. exchanges) to provide accounts which allow the obfuscation of transactions, including through "anonymity-enhancing coins". (I have doubts if this prohibits Monero accounts for EU CASPs or only non-KYC Monero accounts).
The German delisting on Kraken could be however related to MiCa: MiCa requires the CASPs serving european clients to register in the EU. So Kraken is probably forced to find EU partners with EU licenses if they don't want to open an office in Europe themselves and register for a license, and the German EU partner (DLT Finance) probably preventively, to comply already with AMLD, insisted on delisting Monero.
(slightly OT: What was a bit of a surprise for me that Kraken also will delist some other popular tokens which have nothing to do with privacy, like Optimism. It could however related that these tokens have not provided the required "whitepaper"; all centralized cryptocurrencies have to provide a whitepaper and this is indeed a MiCa requirement, which will come in force in various steps still this year).
