Second of all, I have just sent your money, using the same system you are claiming is broken? So I don't know what you are doing wrong, but I can see you submitted a withdrawal request.
Did you get a payment failed notification? You should get one if the payment fails.
Likewise, I have just manually sent you the money, using the same api you could have used, to clear up this drama.
Additionally, I am not worried about you lying, I would be able to tell if you are lying or not.
