~One of the things most people do not realize is that gambling can be potentially everywhere, so you do not have to stick to the classic games that everyone knows, on our school the most common bets could have been classified as sport bets, as we often competed to see who was the fastest or who could score the most points in a game, like most kids would, and once it ended you realized that your peers have been trying to predict the outcome of the competition and put money forward to support their point view, at the time I am sure that most of us did not thought about this as gambling, but now that I think about it, it is clear that it was.

Speaking about school days, I remember playing this game with coins: each of us classmates should hold some coins in the closed fist and the one who had more money in his fist took all the money from others, was shaking them in his closed palms and was throwing the coins on the windowsill. Then all the coins that were "heads" were his immediately and for other coins he should fight tossing them one by one onto the windowsill if they were turning "heads" he took them too. In the case of failing the turn would go to another player. The crazy bit was that it was forbidden to play such games in school and yet we were playing them almost every day.
Of course, in the past there were several things that school children did with the aim of playing and earning some money. When it comes to using coins, I remember when several classmates played almost the same as what you did before.
But the difference is that in the past my friends collected the coins that each of them had on floor marked with circle with red bricks, the coins they collected had to be thrown with another coin to get them out of the circle marked.
They will each take turns throwing it and whoever can get money out of the circle has the right to get it, this can take quite long time because one correct throw may not necessarily be able to get more than 4 or 5 coins out.

I have never followed this game because it is not easy, but watching it looks quite interesting because those who fail will be ridiculed or cursed with derisive words.
