It still takes a process for Pochettino to build the Chelsea team and indeed we can see that there is better progress compared to the start of the season which indicates that this team has better potential in the future, so I think Chelsea management should give Pochettino more time to build this team and give Pochettino the freedom to recruit players according to his wishes.

I agree with you, even though Chelsea have not been able to show their best performance, currently they are showing quite good progress, so there is a process shown by their current coach. Not that good, but what they have shown recently gives hope that they might be better next time.
Their failure in building this team was because their management was too hasty in making decisions, which ultimately harmed themselves.
