If Pochettino leaves then Chelsea will be worse, that's in my opinion because we saw last season when Chelsea made several coaching changes but none of them were successful.
Pochettino is a coach who has good qualities and this season we can see that there is slowly increasing quality for Chelsea even though at the moment they are far behind, but the positive thing is that there is development in this team so it is possible that next season they can do even better.
I hope Pochettino is retained by Chelsea, and I am sure now that Pochettino is able to make Chelsea even better, everything requires a process and Pochettino is doing that.
I don't think Pochettino's stay at Chelsea has been something to say the club have improved because if you say he should stay I think this guy will only handle Chelsea like he did with Tottenham without any trophy and you'd agree with me that the fans and equally the board don't have that time to wait, we know how desperate they are especially the fans.
I'll say let him stay from now till December and if there's no improvement not this trust the project stuff he's always saying, if nothing positive comes out I think he should be sacked. I mean take a look at his body language, so poor in making decisions that can change the outcome of a game, is not suppose to be coming from a manager that wants to make a change for himself and the club.
We have first season of Pochettino here at with Chelsea and there is no doubt things are still not stable, but he has done good job with currently they are at the seventh spot and have good chance of jumping at the sixth spot which could be satisfying result for him and Chelsea fans which were not good in last few seasons and having terrible time, but one thing is surely Pochettino is having no ability to win trophies which is also important but as he brought some consistency is good for the team if we have one more season then surely we will have this team into good spot which is also important for them.
Next season is going to be important with many teams are having good improvement and few are struggling which is surely a concern but as things are going we can expect next season could be more competitive, and we will have good changes at the top which could be interesting.
