I had to discover this by reading about it on BitcoinTalk. They have not responded to my emails, and only after reaching out through live chat they refer me to BitcoinTalk post with explanation. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unfair, further highlighting the need for a transparent resolution to this situation.
