I have been using Cinco for some time now to convert my BTC to USD.
They don't advertise themselves as a crypto exchange but in the dashboard you can deposit BTC and send to any bank account with only a $5 wire transfer fee.
Also, they give 12% APR.
So far, they have not asked me for KYC.
