based on your post, they haven't contacted you to explain why your account has been disabled? anyway, is there any chance of you posting any screenshots that could back up your claims? I am not saying that you are lying but it'll be helpful for you and for other members to maybe understand the issue if you put screenshots that could back up your claims.
anyway, I'll leave their representative a PM informing them about this thread, from what I have seen in the past, their representative usually addresses issues like this, we might see their representative post on this thread soon.
