This has in time made me felt like the governments are benefiting from the illiterate being of the people knowing that they do not know the DOs and the DON'Ts and how they can be audible to be defendant.
Have you ever wondered why educational curricula of schools have not been reviewed to have modern-day relevance? or why there is very poor funding for the educational sector? Why would political leaders rather send their children to schools in other countries than schools in Nigeria? I think it is all an intentional act to make sure that we do not get too educated to begin to challenge them. It is too bad that it did not work, The internet offered a window of opportunity for the youths to learn many things outside of what they have been subjected to learning in school.
Well, why should so much be spent on educating the citizenry when a luxury lifestyle awaits anyone in power. Afterall, poverty, hunger, unemployment, illiteracy are tools of control in the hands of the government of any sovereign nation.
I think if the number of those who actually adopt cryptocurrency increases to include those who are in power, then there would be no choice rather than to adopt it and accept it as an alternative means of transactions and payments in the country.
Its just because the elite class are yet to agree that they have wallets and use cryptocurrency because of the state of insecurity and ignorance existing in the nation and even within those who claim to be the leaders and have had some level of international exposure.
