It is alarming that the population is becoming more and more smokers every day. There are many benefits to smoking in society, such as lowering stress and anxiety, as well as drawbacks, such diabetes, cancer, and other health issues. However, I have a question. Rather of taking in oxygen in the morning, a buddy of mine smokes carbon monoxide. Upon questioning, he asserts that smoking first thing in the morning is a more beneficial way to begin the day. I'm curious as to what specifically is wrong with Somker, considering that they have half of the same traits.
Half of what traits? What are you talking about? Smokers have same traits as non-smokers, they have just more often then not gotten addicted to smoking. If you would smoke for a half year, i bet it would be really hard stop doing that. Especially if your friends kept on doing it. Buddy of yours is lucky to have you as a buddy, as if he one day tries to stop smoking, it's way easier to him if you aren't smoking in front of him, or ever.
I was a smoker and got clear almost 2 years ago. Removing it from my habits was one of the hardest things i have forced myself going trought. It's not only the physical acciction where you crave smoke with every fibre of your being. It's also mentally difficult. I remember crying that i couldn't do it, and shaking for days. Headaches and nervousness weren't anything compared to that.
I wasn't a fan of restrictions made against smoking in my country, but now i sort of hope they would make it even more difficult. Banning it won't work, but making it uncool and difficult could do it.
