There is absolutely nothing you or me can do now that will be of any significance to bitcoin reaching the $100,000 dollars milestone, why? Because bitcoin have grown past the level where shills (no matter how big), and petty buys can make any significant changes to its price, you can buy bitcoins worth a hundred thousand dollars now and the current price of bitcoin won't move an inch, but use that same amount to buy a tokens who's market cap is still below a million dollar; and watch the price of that tokens skyrocket to a new high.

So, me and you, there is nothing absolutely to do to get bitcoin to reach the $100,000 milestone, other than for us to just hold unto our bitcoins and wait, sooner or later, bitcoin will reach that price and even go far above as beyond that, and only those who bought and held patiently will benefit from this growth.
