I have spent quite a while trying to get some testnet BTC.
I'm working on an interesting project with NEAR Protocol and hoping to essentially be able to control some logic on Bitcoin through a Rust smart contract that controls Bitcoin addresses via a multi-party computation service.

I am at the point where I'm DM'ing people I've met at Meetups where I live, seeing if folks have any testnet BTC they're willing to share. I had a nice person send some, but it's temporarily inaccessible. Lesson learned: always send to your Sparrow wallet first!
