What if, I get a chance to participate in a lottery without any investment?
If any gambling site offers, free of cost entry in the lottery, i would definitely not miss that one.
I also love the lottery. Even though the prize is very small, I will still participate. Paid lotteries are certainly gambling. I have participated in paid lotteries or free lotteries. But I never expected to win it. As you said playing the lottery is very, very easy and there are many people who do it. So the chance of winning will be very small. And it's important to know that lottery is also a form of gambling, so you still need to be a wise gambler so you don't get addicted.
There are different pools or jackpots that you would really be needing to hit up on which there are certain lotteries which are only 3 or 4 digits or something like but of course we do know that the lesser the digit required then the lesser price it would be. This is why with those known common lotteries or sweepstakes which does involved millions in fiat money then it do play most on 6 digits which you would really be needing to hit up. Engage or not, it would really be just that basing up into your own preference since not all people would really be that interested on making some bet on lotteries on which they've been aware about the winning or hitting chance which it is really that close to impossible but of course as long it isnt that 0% then some people would really be that serious or eager on hitting that one up.
