Bitcoin Cash & Bitcoin Gold were forks of the Bitcoin blockchain by people who wanted Bitcoin to go in a different direction and had specific plans so they have some legitimacy.
The Reason I call Bitcoin cash a scam is that at one point they even went extreme and started claiming that Bitcoin Cash is the Original Bitcoin while the Bitcoin we know today was Bitcoin Core (it's ironic we are discussing this in another "Bitcoin Core coin" thread Bitcoin Cash & Bitcoin Gold were forks of the Bitcoin blockchain by people who wanted Bitcoin to go in a different direction and had specific plans so they have some legitimacy.

This got so newbies confused into buying Bitcoin Cash, thinking it was the real Bitcoin. I think o even saw some threads about that confusion.
