My new challenge was to do 200 push ups a day. I am trying hard to do 200 push ups a day but it is not easy, but everything is possible if you try. I have not been able to submit the push up report for the past few days. I did 150 push ups on 9th May, 130 push ups on 10th May, 145 push ups on 11th May, 140 push ups on 12th May, 150 push ups on 13th May, 150 push ups on 14th May. Now I will continue to try to do 150 push ups regularly for a few days, after that I will try to increase.

It is not easy to keep up quantity.. There is a need to build up to it, and there surely is some pain involved in doing them.
I have reached my 100 days, so I wanted to make sure that I was right on 20k for the end of the day.
By the way, today, I had two of my slowest set ever.
The first one this morning with 33 pushups in 55 seconds 1.67 seconds per pushup.. . but yeah, ONLY 33 of them..
The second one was my last set of the day, which was 35 in 63 seconds 1.8 seconds per pushup, and truly my longest time doing pushups ever.. my prior length of time record was 57 seconds and 69 pushups (which was ONLY 0.826 seconds per pushup).
Still all of this little progress seems to starting to get me into the 1.5 to 2 second range on a more frequent basis, even though it still could take me a while to get to 40 pushups in 2 seconds per pushup kind of a rate.
