Nice catch , and for sure that is a new Fake Ann with a Malware download Link ! I was on the way to write it but you was faster.
The Fake Github Account was just created yesterday and the download file size is 112 MB big and the same as from other Fake Anns in the past.
Also the Account last post was from March 22, 2019 , hacked or sold Account
