I can't say you're wrong, but I can't fully say you're right. The distribution of merit on local Indonesian board sometimes goes up and down in different months, of course this is due to the low number of users who distribute their merit to various posts that are considered quality (including by merit source). On the other hand, I don't know the reason why local merit sources have become less active in distributing their merit in the thread you mentioned in the last few months. But you and me can't always force them to help because basically they have their own reasons which are very subjective.

I can understand you correctly because you really hope that more merit sources will help local users get more merit to rank up. In fact, I personally did this in the past (asking for several global merit sources) because of my concern for fellow local users when the number of merit circulating among users was very low. This sometimes works, but it is not the responsibility of the global merit source to continue to keep the number of merit circulating at locally increasing when we have more than 2 local merit sources ourselves.

But first, thank you for bringing this thread to this topic even though I have actually dedicated myself to continuing to help many local users to rank up with the merit that I have so far. Unfortunately I am not a merit source whose merit will be replenished every month, if I had then I would always help them every time I find the quality of the posts reported.
