It is related to national security and does not specifically target mining farms, and the same will apply to all investments, so whether you think the decision is right or not, it is not related to cryptocurrencies.
I was surprised as well to see this in bitcoin discussion, this is more of security related matters instead of cryptocurrency however Biden reasons for signing the order was for security reasons because America doesn't joke with anything about security concerns that is why Biden signed the order. So bad some people don't read the real content of a news before they give their opinion.
