I see that Bayern are thinking about keeping Tuchel as head coach. After Alonso and Negelsman refused, their choice was not so great, although here they need to think about whether Tuchel’s conflicts with the players have been settled, because Kimmich said that he would leave the team if Tuchel stayed. And by the way, Barcelona is interested in Kimmich, so it’s worth thinking carefully about whether Tuchel is worth keeping in the team.
I think they may have decided to keep him in the team because they couldn't find a better candidate to replace Tuchel. Kimmich is an important player, but if Tuchel remains in the team and is determined to leave, Bayern will lose an important player. He is an important name for Bayern at the age of 29 and can make important contributions to Barcelona if he joins them.
Perhaps this was a decision that the Bayern München management was forced to take, because due to time constraints, they had no other choice to replace Tuchel as Bayern München coach. Kimmich does play a very important role in Bayern München's attack power, but he must restrain his ego for now and must remain at Bayern München, if Tuchel is retained. It is indeed very difficult for Bayern München if they have to choose between 2 options like this, so it will be a big problem for Bayern München in the future. In my opinion, things like this really need to be rethought by Bayern München's management so that it doesn't have a too bad impact on the quality of Bayern München's play next season.
No matter how this all is gonna work out, at least one of the involved parties will look very weak. Tuchel not so much as he got fired and is the one who got approached a second time and they begged him to stay as it seems. But still he knows that Bayern Munich first checked back and forth with about three or four candidates at least and had serious negotiations with at least two of them, and only after all of them said that they don't want to take that job, Tuchel is the remainder. That is not really a position of strength where he is then getting started from. Being the number 5 or whatever on the list and then stay, it's not ideal for anyone. But Tuchel will make a huge deal out of it. He will require more power within the club, more money for players and more money for his bank account.
In my opinion the club looks pretty weak. It is still Bayern Munich and they can't manage to convince a coach to go there?

I am not sure that happened ever before. I would love to see what's going to happen when they lose the first two Bundesliga games in the new season. That would be a highlight just to see how everyone reacts.
