Given how difficult level 3 has been, I am absolutely dreading level 4 verification. Proof of source of income. Trying not to even think about that yet until I get past level 3.
Almost one year has passed and you still haven't received your money? That's crazy. I think that you should open a thread in Scam Accusation, provide proofs there too and ask DT members to tag Stake. If they get tagged, they might awake and come here to respond you and solve your problem.
The most terrible thing is that these casinos don't hire good employees. They treat everyone around the world in the same way. For example, I can't provide house bills or utility bills because in my country things work absolutely differently, you can't get any document if you live in a rent because it's unregulated, I can't provide utility bills because I pay it online via my personal number but these casinos don't care about that. They should hire people who know how things work in countries where these casinos run business. They should understand that every country is different and they have to know what they should demand from people from different countries. They can't ask me and someone from the USA the same documents because things work differently in both countries.
Curious to know what is the answer of Stake representative regarding on this case since imagine for one year of waiting still he didn't get his funds due to verification happening on his end. I guess this issue need to be resolve and Stake should give some good explanation on why there's a user experiencing this since this could possibly stain their reputation if this thread will continue to get bump and no proper solution will be discuss by their representatives of this forum. But I still give a benefit of the doubt that Stake has a reason on why this happening that's why they should come here and clear their name on this case.
OP should need to post a scam accusation regarding on his case since sometimes this could help him to get notice by the casino their representative since for sure they don't want something that can bother their reputation since they might lost a lot of costumer if there's a accusation posted against them.
