Chelsea fought hard to secure all three points, moving up to sixth on the table, which could get them a Europa League spot. With things going their way, they should seize this opportunity. It was a hard-fought performance from the team. I thought they might keep a clean sheet, but their hopes of playing in the Europa League are still high. If they had played this well for half the season, things might be different. However, this late success feels bittersweet because Chelsea were title contenders once and shouldn't be in this position on the EPL table. Let's hope the last game against Bournemouth won't be tough, as they only need a draw to qualify. But Chelsea should aim for a win. This team finally has the balance and could be a serious threat next season.
Everything went well for Chelsea yesterday, they were able to beat Brighton, and Newcastle lost to Manchester United at Old Trafford. And now Chelsea, after a disastrous season, loses to Tottenham by only 3 points, although it feels like Tottenham and Chelsea have taken radically different paths. Mudryk suffered a very nasty injury, he was replaced and diagnosed with a concussion, so this season is already over for him.

These are without a doubt the best 3.5 weeks Chelsea had. It began with a draw against Aston Villa away from home and then they were able to reap four wins in a row with 12 goals scored. This is the first time for them in the season. To not lose against Aston Villa, then win against Tottenham and West Ham and then win away from home against Brighton, I think this sounds like the old Chelsea. But it is too late. Now I wonder what they would have done if Chelsea didn't have this run. Pochettino was probably grinding on the edge. I doubt that Chelsea would have been ok finishing 10th and then still stick to Pochettino.

Bot no jokes, did anyone have a look at the defense stats of Chelsea? Cheesy Holy, I knew their defense is bad, but if you ask someone how many goals Chelsea conceded being ranked 6th, I doubt that anyone without looking it up would answer 62 goals!
